MISSION

 

Establish ourselves as a world class Centre of Excellence to provide comprehensive trauma care
To help establish pathways of pre-hospital care to minimize the morbidity and mortality by efficient and safe transfer of injured patients to appropriate point of care
To optimize nationally the multidisciplinary management of patients with trauma
To study the pattern of trauma and collect and collate data to present evidence in order to motivate the policy makers towards injury prevention
To train healthcare providers to develop them into competent professionals fully capable of preventing, treating and rehabilitating trauma patients
To serve as a national resource in cases of natural disasters, mishaps, or mass casualties in civilian population due to terrorist attacks or battle casualties
Translate Trauma Research and Innovation into practice and establish contemporary standards and protocols
